Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SVETLANA ŞEVTOVA handles personal data collected through globalranging.cc. It was last updated on 8 October 2026. It describes this website. A later engagement is covered by the written agreement for that work, not by this page alone.

Who is responsible

The controller is SVETLANA ŞEVTOVA, Strada Petru Rareș 77, MD-2005, Chișinău, Republica Moldova. For privacy requests, email [email protected].

The practice is established in the Republic of Moldova. Processing through this website is handled under Law No. 195 of 25 July 2024 on personal data protection, which has been in force since 23 August 2026.

What this website collects

If you send the briefing form, the practice receives the name, email address, and message you type, and the fact that you ticked the agreement box. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or lists of your customers. The form is not a place for that information, and it is not required in order to ask for a briefing.

The form also uses a session cookie so the page can reject a forged or automated submission. The cookie choice itself is stored in a separate essential cookie. Both are described in the Cookie Policy.

The hosting provider may keep ordinary connection logs, such as IP address, user agent, and the address of the page requested, in order to operate and protect the server. Those logs are not used to build marketing profiles, and they are not copied into an advertising system. The practice does not run analytics or advertising tags on this website.

Why the data is used

The name, email, and message are used to read the enquiry and reply to it, and to keep a record of what was asked. Where you are asking about a possible engagement, this is also a step taken at your request before a contract. The checkbox records your agreement to that use. The legal basis is your consent, given by the checkbox, and, where the enquiry is about working together, steps taken at your request prior to a contract.

Connection logs, where the host keeps them, are used for security. That use is a legitimate interest in keeping the site available and uncompromised, balanced against the limited data in a server log.

The practice does not sell personal data. It does not use the enquiry for unrelated marketing. It does not make automated decisions that produce legal effects about you.

How long it is kept

The website does not write form submissions into a database on the server. The record is the email. Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months after the last exchange about that enquiry, unless a contract follows or a longer period is required for a legal claim. You may ask for earlier deletion where the law allows it. The session cookie ends when you close the browser. The cookie-choice cookie lasts 180 days.

Who else sees it

The message is sent to [email protected]. The email host and the website host process it so the message can be delivered and the site can run. They are not authorised to use it for their own marketing. If a host stores mail outside Moldova, it does so only to provide that service.

The practice does not publish client names or operating details. Sending a briefing request is not permission to be used as a testimonial.

Your rights

Under Law No. 195/2024 you can ask for access to the personal data the practice holds about you, for correction, for erasure, for restriction of processing, and for a portable copy where the processing is based on consent or a contract and is carried out by automated means. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw the consent you gave on the form at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect a reply already sent, and it does not undo a contract you later sign. It does mean the practice will stop relying on that consent.

You can also complain to the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (Centrul Național pentru Protecția Datelor cu Caracter Personal). The Centre’s website is datepersonale.md. That site is operated by the Centre, not by this practice.

Children

The website is written for people who run organisations. It is not directed at children, and the practice does not knowingly collect their personal data through the form.

Security

The form checks the origin of the submission, uses a session token, limits the length of each field, and limits how many messages one session can send. In production the site is intended to be served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not use the form for secrets that do not belong in an email.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects the enquiry data, the page will be updated and the date at the top will change. If a new kind of cookie is introduced, you will be asked again before it is set. The current cookie practice is described in the Cookie Policy.
