What the site is

The pages describe the practice, the services, the method, and the way an engagement is commissioned. They are information. Reading them, or sending the briefing form, does not create a client relationship and does not oblige either side to proceed.

How an engagement is formed

Work starts only when both sides accept a written proposal that states the question, the scope, the duration, the fee, and the limits. The offer page explains the shapes that proposal can take. The website does not take payment and does not issue invoices.

Using the site

You may read the pages and send a genuine briefing request. You may not attempt to break the site, probe it for access, overload it, copy it in order to pass it off as your own, or submit information you have no right to send, including other people’s secrets or personal data that the form does not ask for.

Intellectual property

The text, the mark, and the layout of this site belong to SVETLANA ŞEVTOVA, unless a page says otherwise. Photographs are stock images used as illustrations. They are not photographs of the practice, and the footer says so. You may not reuse the text or the mark for your own commercial site. You may share a link to a page.

The typefaces Fraunces and Outfit are used under the SIL Open Font License. The license texts are stored with the font files.

Liability for the website

The pages are maintained with care, and they can still become incomplete or out of date. They are not a promise that a particular operating result will occur. To the extent the law allows, the practice is not liable for loss arising only from the use of the website, as distinct from a signed engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for deliberate misconduct.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova. The courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction, without limiting any right you have as a consumer that the law says cannot be waived. A dispute about a signed engagement follows the dispute clause in that agreement.

Changes

These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after that date is use of the updated terms. A change here does not change a proposal you have already accepted.
